We had such a wonderful experience with Penny Paws, and I cannot recommend Rebecca enough. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and really took the time to help us find the right cat to rehome. From start to finish, everything felt caring, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on the animals’ well-being.
We especially wanted to mention how friendly and supportive the service was. The cat foster parent was really helpful, and even supplied blankets so Henry could have familiar smells in his new home, which made such a difference when settling in. We also really appreciated the regular check-ins to make sure Henry was happy and adjusting well — it showed how much they truly care.
Rebecca is doing an amazing job, and it is clear how passionate she is about what she does. We are so grateful for the support and would highly recommend Penny Paws to anyone looking to rehome a cat.
