Become a Foster Carer

Sadly, I am forced to say no to cats all the time because my foster homes are always at capacity. There are never enough spaces for every cat that needs somewhere to stay. So I am always on the hunt for new foster homes to join the Penny Paws network.

You don’t need much to be able to open your door to a cat in need. A spare room and a bit of time to dedicate to an animal that’s had some rough luck is all it takes.

It can be hard work… but it’s rewarding to see a broken cat thrive as it starts to heal, learn to trust and feel safe. Sometimes it’s the first time they have ever slept indoors. experienced human kindness or eaten a proper meal.

For others, like a pregnant mum, a quiet spot that is warm, dry and free from predators is a life over death opportunity. Whoever it might be, you have the power to be a part of something so special.

You wont make money, but Penny Paws will cover the costs of the foster during their stay. From food, to litter, toys and blankets and of course vital vet costs. You will be supported around the clock with advice and updates on the cats journey to adoption.

Who knows, you may find your new best friend and end up adopting them yourself.
